Patrice Chassagnade began her career as a REALTOR in 2000 after an extensive career in hospitality management. While working in luxury Boston hotels was the original dream career for this energetic and charismatic individual, moving to the suburbs with her family sparked her desire to begin her real estate career. Many of the skills that Patrice developed in the highly demanding and competitive luxury properties in Boston are valuable tools in her career in real estate. Specializing in new construction, residential resale properties, land and condominiums as well as her extensive negotiating skills and knowledge of current marketing techniques gives Patrice's clients the competitive edge. Joining William Raveis Real Estate was an easy decision since the company shares the same values in business that are most important in her own life. When she is not busy working hard for her clients, she most enjoys walking her dogs, cooking, and spending time with family.
